Website and transportation services

These terms govern your use of the Airport Vans NYC website and your submission of transportation inquiries. Transportation services are operated by IONASprinter. By using the website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and booking confirmation

Submitting a quote request does not create a reservation or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after availability, price, itinerary and any required payment arrangements are accepted by both parties.

Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time of the request and may change if the itinerary, passenger count, luggage, waiting time, stops, vehicle requirements, tolls, parking or other service details change.

Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, destination, flight, passenger and luggage information. You must notify us promptly of changes and ensure the selected vehicle can safely and legally accommodate the group and baggage.

Passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. Child seats, accessibility needs, oversized luggage and special requests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to confirmation.

Pickup times, delays and waiting

Travel and pickup estimates are not guarantees. Traffic, weather, airport operations, road closures, security procedures, flight changes and other circumstances outside our control may affect timing. Customers should allow sufficient time for airport check-in, security and connections.

Changes and cancellations

Change, cancellation, waiting-time, no-show and refund terms will be provided with the booking confirmation and may vary by trip. If confirmation-specific terms conflict with this general page, the confirmation-specific terms control for that booking.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, submit false or automated requests, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content in violation of applicable law. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Airport Vans NYC and IONASprinter are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
